DH mini compact deuterium tungsten lamp light source, with small size and low power consumption. It is an excellent choice for spectral integration and wideband spectral analysis. This product has optimized the characteristic peak of the deuterium lamp, and its spectral curve is smooth.
The DH mini system is a fully equipped UV Vis NIR light source, including a deuterium lamp with a translucent design, a 0.25W tungsten lamp, a shutter, a light path system, and an SMA905 interface. All components are installed on a 12V DC/600mA power supply. Deuterium lamps, tungsten lamps, and shutters can all be independently controlled by TTL signals.
Service life and cyclic operation
The DH mini deuterium lamp adopts a high-frequency driven electrodeless discharge lamp (EDL), which can be turned on and off according to instructions without shortening its service life. It can also operate in a cyclic manner, with a guaranteed continuous working life of over 1000 hours; The cyclic operation of fiber optic connectors extends their working life to 3 years; In addition, the repeatability and stability between pulses are consistent, with a deviation within 0.1%. Instant activation and stable flow
DH mini is the only deuterium lamp that can instantly turn on and output stable spectra, making it unique among ultraviolet light sources. Therefore, DH mini is an ideal light source for analytical instruments used in pollution monitoring, measuring absorption spectra for only a few seconds during monitoring and repeating measurements after long time intervals. In this monitoring, Fiberlight is only turned on for a brief measurement time and is mostly turned off. Undoubtedly, due to the repeatability between its pulses, its measurement stability is excellent.
Application examples
To measure the nitrate content in wastewater, turn on DH mini for 2 seconds, measure the nitrate absorption spectrum, and repeat the measurement every 60 seconds. The measurement stability is excellent, and the service life under these working conditions can be up to 3 years.
